Andy joined Atlantic Street at inception in October 2006 with a background in mezzanine finance, private equity and investment banking.

Andy works on all aspects of the investment process with particular focus on senior management & development, portfolio management, deal sourcing, due diligence, deal financing and execution. He serves on the Boards of CyberGuard, ACIS, PMI, Renew Digital, Tambourine, Uniguest Inc., Zips Car Wash, Prescott's, Inc., eIVF, BioTouch, Aligned Orthopedic Partners, Sunrise Transportation, Lori's Gifts, Pinnacle Service Brands, GAT Airline Ground Support, Inc. and Double B. He was previously a Board Member of Advancing Eye Care, United Veterinary Care, Fast Sandwich, Inc., Alex Apparel, EZE Holdings, Inc., A Wireless, and Fleetgistics Holdings. Prior to joining Atlantic Street, Andy worked at Audax Group's Mezzanine Fund, where he invested mezzanine and equity in leveraged buyouts. Prior to Audax, Andy served in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance Group of CIBC World Markets, where he financed leveraged buyout transactions for financial sponsors. Prior to CIBC, Andy served in the Mergers & Acquisitions/General Industrials Group of Bank of America Securities. Andy received a B.A. in 2002 from the Pennsylvania State University.
