Scott joined Atlantic Street in September 2017. Prior to joining Atlantic Street, Mr Sider was the CEO for PepBoys and Group President Rent A Car Americas for Hertz.

While at PepBoys headed strategic review process and determined how best to create shareholder value. After 8 months was able to successfully sell the company for an 85% premium.

Prior to this, Scott was Group President Rent A Car Americas for Hertz. Responsible for all Rent A Car operations for South and North America. In that role he reported to the CEO and Chairman Of The Board and was responsible for over 3,200 locations a 500,000 car fleet and over $6 billion in revenue.

He worked for Hertz for over 30 years. Started at Hertz in their management development program, held a verity of positions including Region Vice President Western Region and President Off Airport Operations.

Scott currently resides in Naples Florida with his wife.
