Melissa joined Atlantic Street Capital in August 2022 with a background in investment banking.

Prior to joining Atlantic Street, Melissa worked for Jefferies as an Investment Banking Analyst in New York City focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt financings and equity offerings across the healthcare services and life sciences. Prior to Jefferies, Melissa worked for BMO as an Investment Banking Analyst focused on healthcare services and life sciences. Melissa graduated with a B.S. in Finance from the Warrington College of Business and an M.S.F. from the Hough Graduate School of Business at the University of Florida.
