Mark joined Atlantic Street Capital Advisors (ASCA) in 2023.

Prior to joining ASCA, Mark served as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director for Sentrics; a premier technology and services company serving the senior living and healthcare industries. Mark was responsible for Sentrics’ Engagement Division, leading the company’s software and hardware product lines helping improve the quality of experience for residents and patients within these care-based settings. Mark came to Sentrics after successfully initiating and managing the acquisition of Allen Technologies, a SaaS-based company helping improve patient satisfaction in the hospital market, to Periscope Equity. Mark was instrumental in the rapid integration of the companies and the ultimate development of the new Sentrics engagement product line, achieving market leadership and rapid financial growth.

Prior to his successful ventures with Allen and Sentrics, Mark spent over ten years in various executive and senior management finance roles, spanning financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, cost and pricing, audit, and treasury, including the role of Chief Financial Officer at Skyline Ultd, Inc.

Mark holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Baylor University, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
