Atlantic Street targets investment opportunities, whether distressed or deep value, where we can unlock equity value through operational and structural improvements. We take an extremely hands-on approach to our portfolio, often working directly with management on a day-to-day basis during the early months of our ownership to drive the necessary transformations. We are able to do this work with portfolio companies effectively, as the team has over 50 years of collective experience working with lower middle market distressed and deep value businesses.
